Our Commitment to Transparency

Barré & Company Realty LLC is committed to 100% fee transparency. Every fee we charge is disclosed upfront in writing before any service begins. We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of service at the lowest competitive cost to our clients — so more of your investment income stays where it belongs: with you.

All fees are fully negotiable and depend on the specific property, market, situation, and service scope. The rates listed below are general advertised starting points — your actual fees will be confirmed in a written management agreement or listing agreement prior to any service.

Property Management Fees

Our property management fee structure is flat-rate and all-inclusive. Advertised rates start as low as:

The monthly management fee covers full-service management including tenant communication, rent collection, owner disbursements, maintenance coordination, inspections, and monthly financial reporting. There are no hidden fees, no percentage markups on maintenance, and no additional charges beyond what is specified in your management agreement.

Actual monthly management rates may vary based on property type, location, condition, service scope, and market conditions. All rates are confirmed in writing prior to the commencement of management services.

Leasing Fee

Our leasing placement fee is one-half (½) of the first full month's rent. This fee is all-inclusive and covers professional marketing, MLS listing, syndication to major rental platforms, tenant screening, background and credit checks, income verification, lease preparation, and move-in coordination. There are no additional marketing fees, application processing fees, or administrative charges. Leasing fees are negotiable and subject to the specific property and situation.

Sales Commissions

Sales commissions are standard and competitive within the Arizona real estate market. Commissions are fully negotiable and are disclosed in writing in the listing agreement prior to any marketing or representation activities. Where a cooperating broker represents the buyer, commission is shared with that broker per the terms of the agreement. All commission structures comply with Arizona Department of Real Estate regulations and the ARMLS rules.

Advertised fee rates (e.g., "as low as $250/month") represent the minimum available rate for qualifying properties under standard conditions. Actual fees for your specific property may differ. All fees are confirmed in a written agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding fee agreement.
