Olivier “Ollie” Lessing Barré is a third-generation real estate professional who grew up in the business — literally. With a license since age 18 and hands-on experience since age 16, Olivier has spent over 15 years mastering every facet of real estate: property management, construction, sales, luxury representation, and investment strategy.

That lineage runs deep — from his grandmother, Betty Lessing, one of the first agents at Los Angeles’s Jon Douglas Company (later Coldwell Banker), to Westside Property Management, the firm he built with his late father, Guy, and his brother, Joshua. More than 30 years of family real estate experience now flow into every Arizona engagement.

Today, Barré & Company Realty LLC is the culmination of that legacy — a boutique brokerage built on three generations of trust, expertise, and dedication to clients across Arizona.
