We bring on a small number of Arizona agents whose work we know and trust. If you're one of them, here's how working under Barré Properties, REALTORS®, works.

The Terms

Simple, and in writing.

Commission split90/10. You keep 90% of your commission.
Annual capOnce the brokerage share reaches $12,000 in a year, you keep 100% for the rest of that year.
Other feesIf any apply, we discuss them up front. They're negotiable and set in writing before you join.
Your own coverageAgents carry their own insurance and pay their own license, association and MLS dues.

When a client needs a rental managed, we handle it in-house. The sale stays yours.

A share of the management

Bring in a management account and you can earn an ongoing share of the management fee, paid through the brokerage and set in writing.

Forms and e-signing

Arizona REALTORS® standard forms and DocuSign through the brokerage.

Broker review and support

Contracts reviewed by your designated broker, who's reachable when a deal gets complicated.

How It Starts

3. You move your licenseYou transfer your license to Barré through the Arizona Department of Real Estate, and we sign your agreement.
