Clear terms, signed first.

Sales referral25% of our commission, paid broker-to-broker at closing.
Management referralIn some cases, an ongoing share of the management fee, paid broker-to-broker. It's negotiable.
Paid toThe referring brokerage, never to an individual agent directly.
PaperworkA written referral agreement on the Arizona REALTORS® form, signed before the introduction.
Your clientStays your client. We keep you informed, and when they're ready to move back or move on, we send them back to you.

Licensed in both states.

Our designated broker holds an Arizona broker license (BR721911000) and a California broker license (01786835), and built a network of more than 1,400 agents in Los Angeles before moving to Arizona. We handle referrals in both directions: Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Calabasas, Orange County and the Bay Area to more than 30 Arizona markets, and back again.

Your client gets sales, leasing and property management from one Arizona firm. You get updates at the points that matter and your referral fee at closing.
