Why “starting at” instead of one flat rate?
Because a 1,400 sq ft Glendale rental and a 6,000 sq ft Paradise Valley estate are not the same job. Starting rates reflect a typical single-family home; your written proposal states your exact rate — and it doesn’t change afterward.
What’s the leasing fee?
50–100% of the first month’s rent depending on plan and property, quoted precisely in your proposal. Signature-plan owners receive a reduced leasing fee and pay no renewal fee.
Are there charges I won’t see coming?
No. No setup fee, no markups on maintenance invoices, no surprise line items. Every fee you will ever pay is listed in the management agreement before you sign it.
How do I get my exact number?
