Every owner receives a full report pack by the 5th business day of each month, in their portal and by email. It is produced from our management software rather than assembled by hand, so the numbers on the statement, the ledger and the bank reconciliation are the same numbers. The samples below show exactly what that looks like for a single-family home and for a commercial retail center.

When do I get my statement?
By the 5th business day of each month, in your owner portal and by email. Owner distributions go out by the 15th of every month.
Can I see reports between statements?
Yes. Your owner portal, powered by Buildium, is available 24/7 from any device. Rent as it posts, bills as they are paid, work orders as they move, and every document on the property are there whenever you want to look, not just on statement day.
What happens at year end?
You receive a year-end owner summary with the twelve months side by side and the figures for your 1099. Commercial owners also receive the year-end CAM and NNN reconciliation for every tenant, delivered on the deadline the leases set.
